We've been wanting to drive out to Lake Las Vegas for awhile now so when I found out it was the last weekend to go ice skating out there we decided we'd head out there and try there little outdoor ice rink....well when we got there the ice rink was closed!! We were kinda bummed, I'm like hello maybe you should change the dates on your website!!! Anyway so instead of ice skating we thought we'd try out the paddle boats.. that was until it got too windy and they didn't recommend taking the paddle boats out, so instead we took a ride on a boat! It was fun and the homes along the lake are HUGE!! It was a pretty place and its a bummer both hotels are closing down out there...it was kinda of like a ghost town! There was a few fun shops and stuff, but I can't imagine them staying open too long after the hotels close, but we'll see, we're glad we checked it out when we did!
The boys thought driving the boat was pretty fun!
Some of the homes out there were beautiful!
